We all search, consciously or subconsciously. We seek for answers in many places. However, let’s face it, many of us have come to the ‘Y’ in the road where we have two choices: One is to continue the search, and the other is to accept that you have already arrived...that YOU ARE HERE.
The choice, of course, is ours. The YOU ARE HERE option is always the bottom line. You can search and tour the world for universal wisdom, but the answer is, and has always been, within you. The truth is where you are and who you are beyond your survival-mind and ego. Trust this—no matter which religion you practice, the path leads to within us. Religion enhances the search, aids in the awareness, and draws the map, so to speak. Anyone, however, who thinks that his or her religion is the only way, is afraid of getting lost. There is an old saying, “All roads lead to Rome.” Rome is home, and home is HERE within. Each person has his or her own map and religion to follow, and that's alright as long as they do not deny the oneness in all of us, where all paths ultimately lead.
This book is the story of my journey to within. I felt compelled to write Living in the Eye of the Hurricane to share the helpful information that flowed for me at my keyboard. May all reading these words find their own path. May your life's journey be a fulfilling one!
